Perfume Trees Gin

Imagine tasting Perfume Trees Gin while strolling down the old streets of Hong Kong. Here you will also find the perfume trees, which are one of the main ingredients in Perfume Trees Gin, which give the gin its unique taste and scent. Thirteen botanicals have been used in the gin, five of which are local botanicals, which are either locally grown or sourced. Each one tells its own story of Hong Kong, including White Champaca (Perfume Wood), Sandalwood, Long Jing Green Tea, 15-year-old Mandarin Peel and Chinese Angelica.

Tasting notes: Floral and warm herbs in the scent, with a hint of sandalwood and the white perfume flowers. The taste is a traditional gin base flavored with local botanicals.
