It is initially matured for a minimum of 8 years in 200 liter flame charred ex-Bourbon oak casks sourced from a Bourbon distillery in Kentucky, USA before being transferred to succulent 200L vintage Tawny PORT oak casks from the village of Pinhão on the Douro Valley river in the northern Portugal, for a further 9 months of cask finishing.

This Single Malt Irish whiskey is triple distilled in a traditional copper pot still from 100% malted Irish grain barley at a single Irish distillery.
