Driftwood - Rose Finch Gin

Most pink gins are sweet and fruity, but this gin has a different strong and spicy flavor profile. It is a fresh and tasty gin from the small Dutch distillery Driftwood Distillery .

The gin is based on the distillery's stronger JVS Gin, but spicy orange bitters have been added and the alcohol strength is lower. On the other hand, the taste is more complex and very exciting.

Pepper and juniper form the base, while a touch of angelica root and flowers soften things up a bit. There are also notes of cardamom and coriander and good strength on the alcohol. The taste is rounded off by orange and citrus.
